Mr. Cole has assisted me with two roofs over the years, and both experiences have been excellent. I can tell Mr. Cole takes great pride in serving his customers well, and I have a beautiful roof to show for it. The communication was efficient, seamless, and timely. Mr. Cole was on-site several times to make sure the job was done well. He even personally swept my yard to make sure there were no nails or hazards after the job was completed, which I greatly appreciated. They were terrific with navigating the insurance process, as well, and it gave me peace of mind that I was in good hands from start to finish.
From getting a quote, to scheduling, to the actual work day, Cole roofing was easy and efficient to work with. The guys arrived right on time in the morning and were done just before 5. The crew broomed and left the house looking cleaner than when they started, and even came back the next day to run a magnet to ensure all stray nails were cleaned up. The final cost of the project was exactly what was quoted for. We are so happy with our new roof, it looks great! I would highly recommend Cole roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement, they do amazing work!
I was looking for a roof replacement before we sold our home in Durham and came across Cole Roofing and construction online, I reached out and they offered an estimate within a few days. Talking to Greg about the project was very easy, considering I’m in San Jose, California and couldn’t do in person. After receiving a few more estimates, I decided to go with Cole roofing because of their reviews and pricing, it was very competitive and we settled for a date for the work to begin. I have to say that the before and after photos along with a video was very impressive, I saw his team work wonders in such a short period of time. I’m a board member in a 124-unit condo. Feazel was running a French door installation in our community. While some parts were OK, many weren't. I appreciate the hard work of the people though.1. Communication regarding the schedule with the tenants and the community manager was very problematic.The project was significantly delayed, about 3 months behind schedule. While I understand there were delays in the supply chain, this was not properly explained.They guaranteed to try and reinstall the storm doors, only to realize that this was not feasible after installing the first unit. This is something they should have thoroughly checked before starting. As a result, the entire community has no storm doors after removing the old ones that protected the French doors.4. The quality of the work was not very satisfying and it seems that they were trying to rush things up on the account of quality. Cracks, paint and locks were often not done properly, and we had to ask the workers several times to ensure our units were done properly.5. For a half-million dollar project, the contract looks very poor, lacking many details that should be on such a contract. This is something we, the board and the community manager should have noticed earlier as well. Evidently, many details were missing, and we had to negotiate them later.
We had our entire roof replaced with Feazel roofing. From beginning to end the process was so easy and efficient. Jerry Farrell was my project manager, he did a great job with communication and sending me pictures throughout the day with the progress. The job was completed in 1 day while we were at work/school. Everything was cleaned up by the time we got home. We price matched with several other companies and they were by far the most cost efficient for the service, quality and material provided. We would highly recommend using Feazel Roofing for any of your roofing needs!!!
Great experience working with Feazel! I worked with Billy Alexander and Jerry Farrell for a roof replacement on my home. They made the process relatively easy from the initial inspection all the way through project completion. They were great at communicating during each step of the process and even sent detailed pictures during the install.Overall, it was a very straightforward process without any issues. I'd certainly use them again for any future needs.

Pickard fabricated a custom aluminum cap for my rock chimney. From Frank coming out to measure and estimate to Charles and his good crew of Christian men that did the install later on, it was a good experience. The cap looks great. I would use them again for sure.
I had a leak in my roof and the source was unknown. I had several people out prior to calling Pickard Roofing and they where unable to find where the leak originated. They came out and spent over an hour doing a thorough inspection of my roof and he was able to find the problem and also figure out an affordable solution. I really appreciated that he was very knowledgeable, professional and was determined to find the small leak that was causing a big problem inside my house. I would definitely recommend Pickard Roofing to anyone who has a roofing issue.
After damage from a hail storm, we chose Pickard Roofing to replace the entire roof. From the start to finish Jonathan met with us and the insurance claims adjuster and was fully engaged in the process from inspection to selecting the shingles to the quote and job completion. Pickard Roofing is competitively priced - and most importantly they were professional, the roofers showed up early, worked efficiently and did a top notch job. What struck me was their hard work, attention to detail - from cutting the shingles perfectly where needed and replacing our flashing - better than the original done by the builder. As they did the job they paid attention to the placement of debris and did a thorough sweep in the cleaning process each day. We are very pleased and after multiple rain storms we can attest to the fact that The shingles and their fine work are doing exactly what we needed for the roof. Pickard Roofing recently installed a new roof for me. The sales rep, Jonathan was professional and did estimate for me with quick turnaround. He kept me informed on my shingle order and schedule.Installers arrived on time and immediately got to work. I have never seen such an organized, efficient crew! My new roof is beautiful and I am very pleased with the quality of installation. After installation was complete the crew did cleanup. When they were done you wouldn’t have know they had been here if not for new roof. I definitely recommend Pickard Roofing.
I received excellent service from Pickard Roofing Company. I had a leak around the flashing of a chimney and needed a quote for different options to either repair the leak or to replace the roof. I worked with Jonathan Heredos, who was very thorough in his assessment of my roof, he took his time to really assess the problem and its origins. Jonathan provided a couple of different options, did not push me in any direction and truly provided educational information to help me make the decision to replace my roof, ultimately. The total price was incredibly reasonable and they did not have any surprising fees when I received my invoice. The group of roof installers were incredibly careful and respectful of my garden as they tore off old shingles, they avoided hitting my plants and causing any damage. They arrived on-time and finished in one day! My roof looks beautiful with the Energy Star Rated Silver Birch shingles and I no longer have any leaks. Replacing all of the chimney flashing for both of my chimneys was included in the total price. I cannot recommend them enough if you need your roof replaced. They're efficient, affordable, high-quality, and straight-forward. Thank you so much for the wonderful work you and your team have done.
