The arrived on time finished in a day and cleaned up after themselves. Pleased with the product.
Sales team was great. Only thing preventing a 5 star is the install crew. When they left they did clean up the big stuff and swept my driveway but left a few nails and screws. Ended up with 2 rear flats. I went and bought a rolling magnet to find 8 nails and screws they swept off the driveway into the gravel. I think they crew should have one to do that with before leaving. Other then that it all looks great. Huge storm with wind rolled in the next day and it all held up great.
I was thrilled to get my roof replaced. The company does more than just metal roofs. I could choose a style as well as additional personalization options for my roofing needs. Their sales rep was thorough in gathering information and pictures and went as far as to clean up a mess that was made along the way. The roof was replaced within my anticipated timeline, quicker actually. The gentlemen that came out to do the job also cleaned up after themselves. There were a couple of issues that were resolved fairly quickly, such as the workers accidentally throwing out my solar fan but they replaced it quickly and at no additional cost.
We recently had our roof replaced by Bartlett Roofing. Robert Carter was great to work with, He was informative and transparent throughout the whole process. The installers were fast, professional and very respectful! They finished our entire roof in a day and they made sure our property was clean when they left. Our roof is beautiful! They finished the job in 1 day and cleaned up everything you would never have known they were there. We live in McCall and it is difficult to find roofers willing to follow up or even return a call. Blake and his team answered the call. They finished the job just as the first snow storm came down and then came to do the clean up as soon as it melted. It was a pleasure to work with them and receive constant communication.

We love our new windows and rain gutters. Our windows were 40 years old and the new ones are perfect. The install was efficient, clean, and the guys were so nice and polite. Too bad I don't need a new roof!
We were a somewhat demanding customer because through internet research we found lots of questions that we needed answered before selecting M. Dog. (Owens Corning and The Spruce were excellent resources that guided us. ) Blake was excellent at answering our questions. Through the 4 day remove and install, he kept us up to speed about progress and answering all further questions. During the work, we had snow, ice, rain, and cold as well as short winter days.Their crew was always happy and were very knowledgeable and efficient. We had a complex steep roof that demanded much of the crew. No problem!After completion, they did an excellent cleanup as well as providing window and driveway cleaning at no charge. Blake, an owner, went way above what we expected when he came back on 2 seperate days to go up on the roof to touch up areas where there was some expose wooden siding. Amazing service.I am very confident in the outcome and am happy to highly recommend Mighty Dog Roofing and their use of Owen's Corning Duration roofing materials.
