Erie Home has such a great product. Their metal roof system is far superior to a standard roof. The installation was quick with a complete clean up. I couldn't be happier with the end result.
Great Company to work with. We had cracked and broken shingles and within a week and a half of our initial contact they had a crew on site and our old roof was removed and installed a new one in one full day. The crew did a thorough job of clean up and the new shingles look great. They also worked with us to get us the best financing.
Our sales representative was the best. His presentation and knowledge of all products was outstanding. The roof installation crew were on time professional polite and finished in one day. Special thanks to the crew for pushing thru the roof install in 95 degree weather.
The overall experience was great. The initial visit was thorough, professional, and informative. They took their time explaining the product and showing the materials that would be used, as well as answering any questions or concerns. The installers were quick and efficient. They cleaned up afterwards as expected. I am highly satisfied with my new roof as the craftsmanship was excellent as far as I can tell. They did a great job with the wrapping around the vents. This is my first metal roof and hopefully my last roof.
Really happy with the new roof I got from Retex. The quote was fair and I chose them because I'd spoken at length with the owner Josh at the home show and he patiently explained why I couldn't keep my beloved slate. Tearing it all off was a long, hard day for the techs but they were inexhaustibly professional and two days later, the project manager Mark was thorough in ensuring the work had been done to specification. All around great experience.

We used Retex to replace the siding on our home, and we are beyond happy with the results! Our situation was very unique in that it was a siding warranty replacement, approved due to defective siding from the manufacturer of the siding that was originally installed on the home when built. Everyone on the staff was extremely professional, and had excellent communication with us and the siding manufacturer throughout the project. We had to obtain 3 estimates from different companies, and Retex was the most accurate and fair estimate, verified by our builder and approved by the manufacturer. Both the estimator, and the owner, took the time to ensure that their estimate included exactly what the manufacturer needed, and they even contacted them directly to ensure accuracy. The project manager met with me during and after completion of the project to ensure satisfaction, and the team that did the replacement were quick efficient and very professional. Not only were they professional, they were all nice! As simple as that sounds, a few companies refused to even come out to give estimates due to the parameters set by the warranty approval. Not only were they not deterred, they “cared” to help us and went above and beyond in working with the manufacturer which was more than we could have asked for in customer care! We highly recommend Retex! We love how the new siding looks!
Retex roofing is phenomenal. After receiving estimates from 5 different window and siding companies I went w/ Retex due to their 5 star review on Google and they did not disappoint. Mark in sales was very informative and helpful with any and all things throughout the entire process. Mark the project manager made sure everything went smoothly during the entire project. The workers were very courteous and did excellent work. Retex provides high quality products and high quality work. When the owner, Josh came to measure my windows he helped me design my large picture window and it looks awesome. Throughout the project Mark took pictures and posted online so I was able to see the progress of my project (even during times I was at work). When my project was complete Mark did a final walk through to answer all my questions and make sure everything was perfect. This company exceeds 5 stars, I would give them 10!! And an added bonus- one week after my project was complete on a Saturday night we had a limb come through our roof during a rain storm. I contacted Mark that evening, he provided an estimate within minutes and the repair was completed within a couple days. I just can’t say enough good things!
We used Davidson roofing for maintaining a slate roof and to replace a door cap on our entry surround. The estimate process was through and very punctual. The rate was consistent with other firms and they took the time to understand the design requirements. The job was schedule and completed on time and on budget. They did an excellent job and we will use them agin for any roofing needs. The technician and operation manager were a pleasure to work with on the project.
Davidson Roofing installed new roof in 2012 and did a great job! Recently had a leak due to a gutter and siding issue and they came out quickly and repaired it, as good as new! Clean up was excellent and the workers were professional and efficient!
We had some wind damage on our roof and a couple people recommended Davidson (after I had gotten other previous estimates).I emailed Davidson on Sunday and had a response by Monday. Fitz came out to do the estimate Tuesday; and answered all my questions. We had our whole roof replaced the very next Monday. All in all they were quick, professional and everything looks great.Fitz even came back out to do a final inspection and walked around to make sure everything was nice and cleaned up.They are very affordable compared to other estimates I had previously received.The crew also did a wonderful job cleaning up the job site afterwards. I will definitely be recommending them to others.
Just finished a roof replacement with Davidson and cannot say enough good things about them. They were professional, punctual and did quality work. They came out to look at the job and we had a quote very quickly. Scott communicated very well and when finished, they cleaned up the job site very well. We were impressed with them and we would definitely recommend them.
We used Davidson Roofing for our first roof replacement ever and George and his crew could not have made it a better experience for us. The work was done beautifully and quickly. George was also always providing good communication throughout the whole process from start to finish. Clean up was very thorough after completion as well. Overall we are so happy with our new roof and highly recommend Davidson Roofing Co!
