The financing and installation was a quick and easy process. During installation the ceiling in my home cracked, and it is rather large. As soon as it happened I called our sales rep Corey C. and he said that he promised that he would get someone out to the house to get it looked at and fixed. He said this was normal wear and tear in the installation process and that I should sign the all clear paper that I was happy with what was done that day. No one ever showed even though I contacted Corey about it multiple times. It took a month of contacting Corey with no one coming over to fix the crack. I called the office myself and got it scheduled for someone to come look at the crack and how the roof was setting. When Bob arrived he handed me a piece of paper stating they do not fix any cracks to the ceiling from installation, even though Corey promised me someone would be coming to fix it. When I called Corey upset that what he promised is not happening he said he needed to check with Don and would call me back. Corey is now no longer answering my calls or returning them. I still have a crack in my ceiling and no one is willing to even answer my calls and discuss why I was told I would be receiving services that they are now refusing to supply for me. Corey said he loved this company because they run on integrity, but I have not seen integrity from the crew I have been working with. Save your money.
Just had my roof redone here in Lansing. The guys did a great job, got it all done in one day. Happy with the fit and finish. They had Matt come to my home and do an intricate inspection and an intricate demo of their product and how it compares to others in the industry. Eerie Home works with manufacturers to build their own fiberglass core shingles (and other parts too, but I'm not a roofer). Other roofer I had come over just wanted to close a deal ASAP, no demos. Their warranty on the shingles is 10 years parts and labor and 30 years on the parts. They replaced the rotten OSB on my roof.All in all, very satisfied with the work they did.

Erie did a wonderful job on my roof. Roofers showed up promptly at 8am and had my roof completely done by mid afternoon. They cleaned up everything after, and removed all the mess from my yard. I would highly recommend.
They all came at 845. Each had a job and all went to there place. Garage was done in 3 hours before 3pm all had left. They put down large plastic which caught a lot of the scraps that fell. Didn't have anything to pick up. Love the finish product. Would tell anyone they are great.
Our experience with Erie Home was very positive overall. It started with the introduction of the roofing product. The quality and workmanship was explained well. No pressure from the sales person..Our large roof was installed in one day with a superb crew. The clean-up was immaculate.They informed us as they went alongand answered any questions as well . In all a very positiveexperience.
The crew from Erie roofing did a wonderful job of replacing my roof; they got to work on it around 9:50am and was finished at 3:10pm on 02/14/2024 they were professional respectful and did a very good job of making sure they get the majority of loose nails removed from the premises.
James we had the pleasure of sitting down with Josh on February 20. I must say we were so interested in what he was saying and with showing different designs and how must Erie invest and stood by their work was almost unbelievable. Just the fact that we know if no one believes in Erie Josh does. All that they do to take care of there customers was so refreshing. That's almost gone by the wayside. We know after listening to everything Josh had to say we were not looking any further. We wanted to wait for our money to come through in two to three weeks. We have committed ourselves to Josh and we wouldn't have it any other way. You should be very proud to have such a knowledgeable young man to grow with the company. Super detailed/great communication through the whole process from beginning to end. Very much so a quality job done and great customer service. Even when prices of materials went up I was able to keep the original quote price from many months prior! Would recommend this company to anyone, as they were recommended to me.
We were amazed at the great job these workers did on our roof. Not an easy job as our roof is steep and large. They have a lot of experience and it shows. They did an awesome job with clean up after. The shingles are beautiful. We are very happy and would def use them again. Jimmy handled the project from start to finish. He is easy to get a hold of and delivered everything that was promised. I am very pleased with the new roof for my home and garage, and am satisfied with Sherriff Goslin in every way. Ed's years of experience and knowledge were evident at all steps in the process from the initial evaluation and estimate to completion. The work crew was highly professional and courteous and took great efforts to protect my extensive landscaping; you would not know that I had just had a complete roof tear-off. When I had a question about some chimney flashing afterwards, Ed came out the very next day to take a look and verify that everything was as it should be. Sherriff Goslin came highly recommended to me from friends and family, and I would also give this company my highest recommendation. An inexperienced or incompetent roofer can cause thousands of dollars of damage to your roof and home, so I wanted to find a highly experienced and professional roofer this time. Roof Repair. Very impressive and professional. Ed came out, he was friendly and quick to locate areas needing attention. The roof was quickly repaired and price lower than expected. I will be contacting this roof company in a couple of years to replace my roof. I am attaching photos that show before and after to one repair. One area worth noting. I did not find Sheriff Goslin online, but rather remembered the name from a road side advertising.

My insurance company informed me I had to have the moss removed from my roof otherwise they would not renew my policy.Ryan came out inspected the roof and wrote up a quote for the job. We had a piece of fascia trim blow off in gusty winds. I called CS Roofing and they came out the next morning to provide an estimate. The job was completed within a few days. They do excellent work and are very knowledgeable and professional. We have used them on several occasions over the years. Highly recommended.

This was my first time booking a roofing job for my house. I found this company online and they had a website with an incredibly easy-to-understand User Interface. I easily found a quote page and within 2 hours I got a response to schedule a meeting time. Throughout the whole quoting, scheduling, and building process the CS Roofing Company was attentive and communicated frequently with me on the next steps. To my surprise, it took them only one day to fully tear off my old roofing and install the new ones. It was a pleasant experience!
I had a full roof replacement and a small bit of gutter work performed on a one-story ranch with attached garage.I worked with a couple ofdifferent people - Adam performed my original estimate, Tyler was my main contact person throughout the repair, and then two separate teams performed my work.Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional, and on time within every given time frame. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase specific items or do extra work - and everyone seemed very honest and up front about the work needing done. I can't speak much for value, as I went with them right away, but prices seemed fair from what I could tell. In addition, the warranty on the shingles is excellent.Everything is still new, so I haven't had too much experience with how the work will hold up under weather - but it looks great and I have no reason to believe it'll do anything but hold up well.The crew was efficient, professional, and did a great and thorough job cleaning up afterward.All in all, I had a great experience and would highly recommend!
