The work team are trained by and work for Erie, in turn have given this customer a high quality work that looks great and more efficient ventilating of the attic for a more energy savings on central air systems! Erie was great to work with for our new roof. When a few concerns came up they were very much on top of things, addressed the issues and gave us the service they said they would. We love our new roof and won't have to worry about any more leaks and damage our roof had. The crew that came out were awesome and work hard. Overall, I would 100% recommend Erie for your next roof.
I had a bad roofI had a bad roof, of course I did why else would I call a roofing company? The sales to install was surprisingly easy and very informative. I ordered a roof; No I didn't choose the metal; even though that was originally my intention. After seeing the different options Erie offers, I went with fiberglass. I was very impressed with the timeframe 6 days later a crew of men showed up and installed the roof. I also had a peak vent installed at the same time it looks very nice and should help with heating and cooling expenses. Start to finish it took about 6 hours and they cleaned up everything and hauled it away. Very impressive team. I haven't had the roof long yet but I chose the fiberglass because of the fire and wind ratings. Overall I am happy with the whole process. This roof should last me until I'm too old to care about a roof!
Sales reps were very knowledgeable and informative and shared pictures of our attic space and roof with us. The installers were very punctual and kind. They worked quick but did a great job. The cricket was not added during the initial install, but they came back and corrected it the next day. Everything went smoothly and as expected. It looks great, and we are happy our fireplace is no longer leaking!
Erie did a complete roof over of my home on May 27th 2023. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. From the inspection everything that the inspector found and photographed was explained and shown to me in terms that I could understand. They worked with me to find a financing option that i could work into my budget. A manager came out and made sure that I understood and that everything was explained before I made the final signature to begin the work. Installation manager called me very promptly about getting installation. Installation team was onsite very next day (A Saturday). Installation team was very transparent and answered any questions I had. Roof was completed in one day. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the product but more satisfied with the excellent care and concern I received from the human element of Erie Home

I was looking at my roof this morning. It looks so wonderful. Even my backyard and front yard look great. This was such an easy experience. Sarah and Tyler Kelly are the best. The communication was perfect and they walked us through each step. The adjuster for our insurance company was impressed with Tyler’s professionalism. The crew was great and you could tell they care about their work. Don’t use a gypsy. Just use Riley Hays.
I am extremely satisfied with the work Riley Hays Roofing did at my house. Mr. Riley worked me in because I had an "active" leak, the work crew was fantastic, the price was very reasonable and they truly did leave my yard better than they found it. Highly recommend.
Jared and the team are top notch professionals. Jared was thorough in answering all of my questions and willing to help me think well through the myriad of options for our roof. Even though winter weather forced a rescheduling of the work, their staff was prompt to touch base as soon as it was apparent they would not be able to meet the agreed upon schedule. During the day of roof replacement, their crew was thorough in prepping the perimeter of the house by covering plants and even taking down our patio lights to avoid damage from falling shingles.Although I hope to sell this home before we need another roof, should we find ourselves needing another roof in their service area in the future, they’ll be the only call we make.

They took care of everything for us. My roof was completed in record time. They left my yard perfectly clean, and my roof is beautiful. You should call them if you need a new roof.
Called for an estimate, ready to do the job and it took calling the sales guy 3-4x a week for a month and I kept getting “we will go out there later this week and look” he strung me along for a month saying they would take care of me then finally came out to look and quoted me over $35k for when I had estimates from a bunch of other companies for $11.8k. Definitely don’t go to these people if you want a job done in a timely manner or for a fair price
