We had a great experience with having a new roof overlay done. From the moment of meeting the Erie representative through the job competition. They took the time to explain all the pros and cons of the entire process and the materials used. Materials that are a step above what most professionals use. Along with the warranty that is likely to exceed our lifetime and passes on with the estate. Job well done with the exceptional clean up. We are fortunate to have the job done by Erie, who we consider to be the very best in the business.
I felt that they were a little pricey but the quality of work they did and the quality of product was excellent so I believe it was worth the price. They were very professional and on time as far as when they said they were going to do stuff they did it
The product is great , the work was also.I love the look of my roof. But I must say I am not happy with the financing company chosen.
The entire team was fantastic, from our install sales contact Kevin Hapke who was an absolute pleasure to meet with too, project team of Nick and Mike. It was a very positive and professional experience. A couple small punch list items after, that were all resolved quick and efficiently within the same week as installation. Clean-up after was great and the team took great care with my landscaping etc. Thank You Erie Team!
The sales associates were nice, but:High pressure sales pitch, came back twice with lower offers, the lowest of which was still higher (by a couple thousand dollars) than the next highest offer we received from our other quotes. The lower offers were also not guaranteed after the appointment.They also spent over 4 hours talking at us, repeating the same half-dozen selling points over and over.We will not be using Erie.
I am very pleased and impressed with the job that was done on my roof. The coloring of the shingles just made the house stand out so well. From start to finish it only took 4hrs. Thank you to Erie Home for a job well done. We will be very happy to recommend Erie Home to others in the future.
I went with Erie Home because of the quality of their materials to be used on the roofs of my garage and house. The workers were extremely courteous, prompt and very diligent with doing my roofs. The cleanup was exceptional.
For several years now I have been putting off, having new shingles put on roof. Erie homes made it easy for me to choose the right shingles. I would have done it sooner if I known it was that easy. They gave me plenty of options and explained everything in detail. I watched the whole process of old shingles being torn off and new ones installed. The preparation of the installers was very professional, and they answered my questions along the way. At completion the roof it looks very clean and neat, changing the overall look of my home for better. Also clean up was superb.
Nolan was our sales representative. He was highly professional and friendly, and he answered all of our questions. Plenty of roof samples and explanations of their various benefits were brought along. Nolan also discovered mold in our attic on inspection. That warranted the roof sheeting being replaced, and he advised us of options to improve attic ventilation which we will be taking care of right away. The crew was on time and helpful, and they didn't mind me checking up on them from time to time. After a short delay with the wrong color of shingles delivered for the last bundle, the job was finished within six days. The small unfinished part of the roof during the delay was tarped and well covered by the crew. Though they cleaned up very well when they were done, we're still finding some nails and screws on our back patio and other areas. It's really not surprising considering the sheer amount of work that was done. We went with the metal shingles, and they look fantastic. Be advised that this metal roofing system is very expensive. It will certainly enhance the resale value of the house. The quality of the work and the 50 years transferrable warranty are peace of mind that we won't ever have to worry about it for the rest of the time we are here.
Very happy customer here. They are so prompt and responsive. From the quote to completion. Couldn't believe how fast our roof & gutter guards went on. Great job cleaning up afterwards. Fair pricing too! Highly recommend Vidmar!
Mike came out and gave me an estimate on a few roofing issues I was having. He was early, honest, explained things clearly, and wrote out the quote right there and discussed different options to solve the problem. This was the fourth roofing company I had out and their prices were competitive and fair. They will be coming back next week to complete the job. I will update the review upon completion, but so far I would highly recommend Mike and the company.
Really pleased with the quality, value, timeliness/timeline of Vidmar. Roof & gutters/downspouts turned out FANTASTIC. Reasonable pricing for sure. Recommended by other reputable people in the home improvement industry. We knew it was a good choice to go with Vidmar! We were right!
From contacting Vidmar Roofing to completion of a brand new roof on my house, everything was totally positive!I was very satisfied with the communication from Katie in the office as to when they would start, to coming at 7 a.m., to protecting landscaping, to clean up.The crew worked into the dark, and were so polite and friendly. In addition, Mike explained everything, came to look at the roof within a few hours after my call, and came back after completion to make sure everything was done.I highly recommend Vidmar Roofing! I am very impressed with their accountability, hard work and excellent job. My roof looks great! Thank you!
Had quotes from a few places and Vidmar had the best price and great installation. Great communication, even asked if was OK with me to push the installation back a day due to circumstances beyond their control. I had no issues with this and appreciate the early call to ask me, not tell me. I’ve had the leave guards (not certain of the brand they use, so I’m referring to them genetically) on for a few seasons now and they work great. I didn’t want to post a review until I saw the guards in action and I have no complaints. I was leery of what type of leaf guard works, and whatever brand Vidmar uses, they’re awesome. I have an inner ear disorder with vertigo, so gutter cleaning is out for me and now I wish I would have had these installed years ago.

Advocate Construction was absolutely Amazing. The work is fantastic and their customer service is outstanding. They really make the customer happy and very informed. I absolutely DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to have them do work on your home. Siding and Roofing were both replaced on my home in the Oak Creek area. Just amazing from the company!!! Also, The sales representative Jarin and Josh always kept me informed and always answered my text and calls at a timely fashion even after hours. U guys rock!!!!
From the very beginning to the very end, every person I spoke with, was very helpful, addressed my concerns and took care of any issues that were had at our house. This was quite different from the first roof. We had put on only six years prior. it was very disappointing to have to put a new one on that quick.I can’t remember all the gentleman names but everyone that I spoke with was very very nice. We were able to go away on a vacation and they did the roof while we were gone. Everything was left cleaned up and anything that wasn’t ,was fixed .Thank you again to all the gentlemen at advocate construction.
Randy was amazing to work with. We had quite a few people come up to the door after a hail storm. But they all seemed like storm chasers and just wanted money. Randy seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. The company dealt with everything involving the insurance company. Which honestly was the most confusing part of this so the help there was tremendous. Once the crew came, they replaced our roof within the same day. We couldn't recommend this company enough.
Jason is an amazing claims specialist! He is friendly, informative,easy to talk to and always available for questions. Jason handled dealing with our insurance to replace our hail damaged siding. The only thing I had to do was pick out the color of our new siding! The installation team did a great job. I am so happy how my house looks now!! I am continuing to work with Jason for our roof. I am a very happy customer!
