They did a great job installing the gutters we needed on a difficult roof. Communication was good and the workers were very professional. They did a beautiful job with installation and cleaning up after they were finished. There was some confusion with aspects of the job, but they corrected swiftly and honored what they promised. Very friendly professionals to deal with.
This was my first time having to replace a roof, and this experience was a replacement of a slate roof, 96 years old, with a shingle roof. Roof was a two-story Dutch colonial with a porch in the garage, so there was going to be significant amount of tear down to the original hardwood surface. In one day, the Installer that was sub To complete the work, was able to strip down all of the slate and old paper within Five hours. Some minor board replacement was completed, and the roof was completely sealed up and shingled in another 6 1/2 hours. Breaking down the slate roof added a considerable amount of cleanup requirement, which was taken care of primarily on the first day. The next day, a partial crew returned and spent another several hours, completing a more detailed cleanup of the job site in addition to adding aluminum flashing, that was originally planned. I only found one area that was overlooked with some trim shingle work, and another small crew was dispatched to take care of finishing that up the day after I called. Overall, you wouldn’t be able to look at the house and say that any work ever transpired, because of how thorough the installation and cleanup was completed. The complement of having the project manager from Erie and the subcontract owner manager worked well with the installation of the new new roof. As a manufacturing site contractor coordinator, I appreciate it our responsive those two managing the work completed was. I have a home in Florida, and I would definitely consider having Erie propose to replace my roof there when the time comes.

I was very impressed on how clean they left the space they worked in . The roof looks amazing, my neighbors are loving the new color and craftsmanship as so am I. We had our first big storm with winds upwards of 40miles and I just went outside to see if any shingles lifted and my roof looks totally fine.
I have to say that Milan and his crew were really on point!! They hustled from start to finish. Milan kept me up to speed on the progress of the job. Excellent work, my wife and I are extremely happy. Much thanks to MSM Home Improvement.

He also supervised he’s crew the whole time and made sure that the work is done to best quality and above construction industry standards. In addition the crew performed the work very diligently and the finished product will tell the rest of the story. I could have given MLM team 7 stars. Job well done.

Very happy with the roof and gutter replacement done via MLM Home Improvement. Kyrillos and his team were extremely professional and diligent. They did a phenomenal job. Kyrillos is an excellent project manager and understands the customers concerns (me being a worry wort had a few!) and helps put the mind at ease. The team cleaned up the debris around the house before they left, which was highly appreciated because I have a dog that gets into everything he finds in the yard. I would recommend MLM to friends and folks who are looking for a roof or gutter replacement.

That is; they care about you, your property, doing the job correctly, professionally and promptly. I bugged these poor men with questions and not once, did they get flustered or rude. They responded professionally, patiently and treated me and my family with dignity courtesy and care. That’s just those two men. The leaders of this company. They set that example for their men and the quality of the work they produce. They know their business. Their working men/crew were polite, extremely hardworking and knowledgeable. They were a well oiled machine. Each phase moving smoothly along until snap! Just like that, the job was done. It was done properly, cleanly and with care. Top notch professionals that not only do what they say they are going to do, but they are always available even when the job is finished - any questions or concerns afterward are followed up personally, efficiently and professionally without haste. Carmine in particular could not have been more customer friendly. He really cares about the work, his workers and the customer. Carmine always goes the extra mile and my wife and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
This was the easiest contracting company I’ve ever dealt with! Everyone communicated effectively and arrived to every scheduled appointment on time. When Pete first came to give me an estimate, I mentioned we had a roof leak . He said they could put a temporary seal over the leak until we waited for the job to get started so our house didn’t sustain any further water damage. He followed thru on that promise without me needing to follow up or ask twice. Price was extremely fair and the work was to the highest quality. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to replace their roof!
