Crew arrived and got right to work. The whole crew spoke nothing but Spanish. They were done in a few short hours. What gives them only 4 stars is they forgot the little bit of overhang roof over the garage door, and it was over two weeks before they removed the small bag dumpster from my property. Otherwise they cleaned up the debris nicely from the job.
The crew that replaced our roof were very diligent and hard workers. They did a good job, except for getting all the nails around our home. That is really the only complaint I have. It was great that they got all the work completed in one day, as well.
I had a great experience with Erie. The roof looks great. The crew that installed the roof were friendly and hard workers. When they were finished after working all day you couldn’t even tell they had torn off a 30 year old roof. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Sales rep was very detailed with what they offer without rushing. He was very helpful in assisting us with financing. They offer an excellent warranty.The installers were very hardworking and the roof looks terrific.Over all, the are very customer orientated. If we have another roof one day, we would use them again.

It was time to replace my roof. When I made contact with them, they were very transparent about cost and time of the project. They handled everything very professionally. Brandon was the project manager. He was able to coordinate the crews easily to get everything done. Contact with him was effortless. He would respond quickly to my questions through the whole process and send updates and pictures of where they were and any issues that were discovered during the process. To my amazement, it took them one day to completely tear off and replace the roof. Then an additional day for the gutters on the house. Which I also knew about because again they were upfront about everything. I highly recommend them if you ever have to replacing the roof and gutters your house. They are top notch!
These guys are EFFICIENT. I had a new roof within two weeks-- blew me and my neighbors away whose install alone took over a month.Quality of their work speaks for itself, use good products and haven't had a single issue with the new roof.I worked with Luke and he was quick to respond and answer and questions I had. Great guy and great work by the team.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with my window project. Home Genius Exteriors is a fantastic company! Beth, in the main office, was on top of everything every step of the way. Kolbe, who oversees the projects, was very knowledgeable and followed through to make sure the job ran smoothly. The installation crew was fantastic! They would arrive early in the morning, work all day, no matter what the weather conditions were, and they were meticulous with every little detail. I couldn’t be more pleased. I worked with Anthony from Sales and he was great at explaining everything to us, getting drone pictures of our old roof and took the time to make sure we were happy with our decision before he left. The financing was easy and helped set our minds at ease. Ty the project manager was hands down amazing at communicating with us through the whole project and even days after. We had some concerns about our chimney after we replaced the roof and he helped look into some options for me. I appreciated the whole teams dedication to getting my roof done in one day and the gutters the next. I did need to ask them to come back for more clean up after the gutters were done and they came right back out and went back over my whole yard again several times with a magnet. I really appreciate the new life they’ve given my roof and the renewed sense of peace I have with it.

Bob is amazing! We had a roof leak above our garage, and he came out just an hour after I called. He finished the job quickly and efficiently, explaining everything that was going on along the way. We will 100% be using DeLuca Roofing in the future! They are the best in town.
We recently notices significant water damage to the interior ceiling of our garage. Bob from DeLuca Roofing graciously patched a missing tile in our roof and waterproofing, free of charge.It is great to live in an area where people take pride in their work. Would highly recommend DeLuca Roofing! We had two spots, one on our main and the other on our garage roof, that were leaking. When I called, Maryann was so helpful and listened with care. I appreciated how upfront she was with scheduling and the communication was top notch. When Bob arrived, he explained the repair thoroughly and completed it same day. He was also willing to take the time to answer my questions so that I understood the why behind the repairs.It can be difficult to find a company that you can count on and when our roof is ready to be replaced, DeLuca will be my first call!

Crew was very professional and installation was great, even on a 90 degree day,, they were done in one day. Clean up was outstanding. If you need a roof and don't call DELUCA it's your loss, can't say how pleased we are with our new roof.
