Erie recently done a complete tear off and roof install, one word regarding service….EXCEPTIONAL! Erie exemplifies the definition of customer service. From the moment Erie walked through the door to talk to me about their product, which included a detailed inspection of the roof and attic, the company, the products they use, and their commitment to standing behind their work…EXCEPTIONAL! The crew to complete the tear off and new roof install, and cleanup, I could not have asked for better. Upon the roof having been removed, the lead point of contact took photos of damaged areas, large sections of wood had to be removed and replaced. While outside speaking with my neighbor and also watching the crew work, my neighbor spoke on their attention to detail. The lead point of contact communicated with me several times throughout the day, and was always accessible by phone during the times of having to step away. I started the roofing journey with multiple companies in mind, the final decision to use Erie, it was the right decision, and came with peace of mind. Post install, and post the crews departure, I met with the lead point of contact to review all details of the completed job, and answer any lingering questions. Erie assured me of their continued dedication and commitment, and to not hesitate to outreach for any reason, no matter how small, or even if only a question. Yes, I believe them. I feel confident that Erie realizes customer service doesn’t stop once the job is completed. In actuality an organizations commitment to customer service is maintained post the completion of the job, thats when the “real” organization has every opportunity to define who they are! I hope to not have to call Erie, however if I should have to, I’m thankful that I can say today, Erie will come through, again it’s having that peace of mind. If I could give Erie ten (10) stars I would.
Omar and his crew were very nice and courteous. Omar answered all of our questions. After they were finished they cleaned up everything. The roof looks great and we wound highly recommend Erie Home.
The entire experience was great. From sales to cleanup, everything was great. James was our salesman and he was very knowledgable, polite, and informative. The crew was onsite within two weeks and they were gone that same day. The crew cleaned everything really well, including the pool cover! The price was higher than other companies but the quality out surpasses the price difference. We did not want to replace the roof again in 10 years and with Erie we will not have to. We also had a lot of extra vents put in to resolve a heat issue we were having. I highly recommend this company.
My wife and I recently hired Erie to install a new roof. Of course, only time will tell how well it stands up to the elements here in Rochester, NY. But the materials they used definitely seem to be far superior to those used by most other roofing companies. We were extremely happy that they were able to start work very soon after we signed the contract, and we were very happy that they were able to finish within a single day. The workers were obviously very diligent in tearing off the old roof and in installing the new one. And importantly, they were very diligent in cleaning up afterward. No loose nails or other hardware left on the ground! Most of all, we appreciate the fact that Erie stands behind its work with a warranty that is far longer and more inclusive than those offered by other roofing companies. MY wife and I are super happy customers!
Erie home roofing was great! They came right when they said they would and stayed the first day until the roof was water tight. They finished the job the following day. The roof looks beautiful. They were careful to protect the siding, windows, and lawn ornaments, then very efficient at removing the old roofing, shoring up weak spots(1st & 2nd pics) and installing shingles. They cleaned up the mess of old roofing, not perfectly , but amazingly thoroughly. I would highly recommend them. All were hard working and respectful. Only one team member spoke English, so he was my go-to person on site. From watching the installation, it should readily last 30+ years. Finished product 3rd picture.

I would like to recommend Stellar Roofing if you need a new roof. They did an excellent job putting on my new roof. Very nice installers to work with. They were done about 6.5 hours from removing the old roof to cleaning up. They did a great job cleaning up the debris around the house. The roofing specialist Justin Hammond was a pleasure to work with. Not pushy to get the sale and took the time to explain all my options in material and for cost. Being able to work with me on getting a discount to make it more affordable for me and being able while meeting with me to get me approved with a credit company so they can get me scheduled as soon as possible. I had wind damage that cause problem's of shingles missing and a 8 foot section of shingles that were lifted up. Justin also took the time out of his day to meet up with the insurance adjuster to be of any help with what happened to my roof. Justin also pushed my date of my roof being installed from three weeks out to one week because of his concern of the roof's condition because of all the rain we have been getting and didn't want me to have anymore problems. It was also a great experience to work with Jeff Hare the Project Manager to go over all the final details of the job and made sure I was happy with the final project. I will be looking to contact Stellar Roofing when I am ready to get new windows installed in the near future.
We had an incredible experience with Stellar Roofing! Very professional and respectful from start to finish!Shayne Stevenson our sales rep was not at all high pressure and was very helpful and informative through the whole process! The proposal was clear and he helped coordinate with our insurance to get much needed coverage for our roof! Shayne came out on a Friday and 13 days later our roof was started and completed the same day!The crew worked very hard to replace our old roof stripping two old layers, plywood repair and awesome cleanup! 10 hours from start to finish and they were very careful of all of our plants and landscaping lights! They reset our Directv dish and it worked perfectly as well! Every member of the crew went around the house multiple times to make sure no traces or old nails were left behind!The project manager Cruz Mendoza was so helpful throughout the whole day and made sure the dumpster and extra supplies were picked up the next morning. Final inspection and walkthrough was so appreciated! The after care has been outstanding as well answering questions with neighbors and all!Thank you Stellar Roofing for a stellar outstanding job!
I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for! That said, with Stellar Roofing you are definitely getting what you payed for plus! From the start Ryan was very helpful and very informative about the whole process and products. Stellar is the perfect name for there company, as Cruz and the crews work was nothing but stellar! Cruz kept us informed through the whole process of what was going on. One concern we had was we have dogs, but the crew kept everything picked up left nothing on the ground that they could step on. When the job was done you wouldn’t have known that they were there, other than the beautiful roof that was left behind! Bottom line, they may come in a little higher than some of the other guys, but you’re getting a high quality job and product- priceless!From my wife and I, thank you for a stress free experience Stellar!

I met with 4 different companies and Carter was by far the most friendly, accommodating, and willing to find a way to work within my budget. They went very quickly and made sure everything was to my liking (I can be picky and very detail-oriented) and they made sure everything was right.
