We're very happy with the work and outcome of our new roof. Despite a grumpy, complaining neighbor, the crew was very respectful and professional and didn't let anything disway them from performing their job. The job was done in less than a day and they left the grounds in better shape than they found it. We were at the hospital most of the day due to my wife needing surgery that day and from what I seen on our cameras throughout the day, they stayed busy and concentrated on the task at hand all day. We give them 5 stars and highly recommend them. Thank you to everyone involved with the whole process. Job well done.
The crew was very professional and efficient. They showed up in the morning, and got right to work. The Foreman was also very professional and informative, he made sure I was satisfied with the work, walked me around the house to make sure I was happy with the clean up, the crew worked hard and cleaned everything up, you wouldn’t even know they were here. The project manager even called after they left to make sure I was happy. I am very pleased with Erie Homes. They have hard working staff and go above and beyond to make sure that your satisfied Thank you for your hard work and Great customer service!!!
The crew showed up on time. Ripped off the old roof. Fixed problem areas and had the new roof on by the end of the day. Cleaned up everything. Except for the new roof it was like they were never there. The day after I had a severe storm with high winds. The roof withstood it all. Excellent work.
Roof was installed 2 weeks prior to the estimated start time! We are very happy with our roof from Erie Home. Scott Alfonso & Ryan Reese were super to work with, they were very helpful and patient with us as we made our choice and color selection. Took the time to review pros, cons, and advantages of the Erie shingle. We loved using the 3D model of our home online for the color selection and comparing different colors side by side to find one we liked the best.The materials were delivered the day before installation as promised. Installation team was VERY efficient and completed installation and clean up 2.5 hours ahead of quoted time. Our neighbor was amazed watching them in action, in his words "they ran didn't walk, and they did not sit with down time". The clean up was super, our gutters were cleared with leaf blower to ensure nothing left in them from installation. The dumpster was removed the next day.There were a couple hick ups and a communication issue but all were resolved, Mike Kubiak, installation manager even ran for materials that were shorted from our order by vendor.We will recommend Erie Home to others, we actually have already had 1 inquiry, they delivered and completed the installation quicker than promised.

A friend of ours recommended Quality Roofing Express and I am thankful he did. Our 5 year old roof was leaking and that company was no longer in business.( No surprise there.) I'm very happy with my new roof, the 3 guys did a great job,looks great , n they also cleaned up very well , n got everything done in one day .. The boss was a true gentleman as well ,one of the guys dropped a piece of the old roof on my one mum I told the boss n he went out of his was and got me (2) other ones to replace the broken one . Ty so much would recommend this company...
Bob and his crew are wonderful! Arrived on time, worked non stop. Cleaned up perfectly. Done in a one day (my roof is very steep) Very nice guys. Bob's price was reasonable and the shingles are high quality, beautiful! Great company!!!
Robert Franklin and his team @BF Construction did an extremely great job on replacing my roof! He runs a very personable and professional business. He kept me informed from the first phone call to get an estimate to the time the roof was completed. As they were working on the roof I asked him if he could possibly get a cover for my chimney. Within an hour it was in place!!! Nowhere else will you get this great service!! I had the whole roof replaced and it was done in one day. The cleanup was extremely impeccable, there was no sign of work being done on my roof as far as any debris when the job was complete. His price was way better than other estimates and the quality was fantastic. I had two porch roofs done a few years back and did not call that company back to do the main roof because of poor quality, professionalism, and workmanship. I would very very highly recommend BF construction for all your roofing repairs. They truly are a five star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 business!!!!!
