I cannot speak to the quality of the roof. However the sales tactics that they use are frustrating to an extreme. I was extremely interested in using them based on the reviews of the product that I have read. However I do not have the patience to deal with their sales reps.Their sales representatives have been trained to not leave the house until they get a signature. Having worked in B2B sales for over 10 years I had no patience with their slimy sales tactics. They pretend to call managers, in a way that is almost painfully scripted. I have spent too much of my life grading sales agents on their pitches. And this was such a blatant pitch that I could in no way overlook it. I am uninterested in giving an additional 20 to 30% to a sales agent that I have found to be pushy and overbearing, as well as somebody who didn't actually teach me anything I didn't already know from my own research.Well I would have been happy to work with this company, they did not listen to the fact that I said I specifically did not want to deal with a sales agent I just want it information on the contract and the price. Instead I got a 2-hour pitch where I had to slowly negotiate the price down. Overscript that I could see was memorized and drilled into them.Please teach them better sales tactics. And stop using overboard, old fashioned, and to be frank quite frank slimy tactics.
When Peter came to our home, he sold us on the product. We liked the shingle (does not mold or discolor), the way the underlayment was put down, and how they would handle the valleys on our home. We wanted something that would last. We chose to upgrade to the fiberglass shingle. We also liked the in house warranty that Erie Home offers. The permits were pulled within a few days and the project started very quickly. The roof was removed and finished within two days. They were very conscious of the rain chances and got the roof dried in quickly. Anything that we have noticed of concern has been addressed immediately by the company. The only reason we are not giving 5 stars, is we have found a ton of nails in our yard. Magnetic rollers would make a great addition to the roofing crew and the patience to keep going over the yard.

I had my roof replaced by Erie Home this last week and must say that I am very pleased. From the initial contact up until now, they have been in contact with me throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were responded to promptly and professionally. A few minor issues were handled promptly. There was more material needed than what was originally estimated, but l was assured that it would be taken care of and the job done properly and there would be no additional charges, as this is factored in. Erie did an amazing job on my new roof. Every part of the process from consultation to completion was very pleasant. They were extremely knowledgeable and responsive. After receiving several quotes from other roofing companies I chose Erie because their salesperson was very knowledgeable and much more thorough than the other companies. Their roofing system is also far superior to the other quotes I received.

Tampa roof repair was very professional. I needed a new roof and they gave me options and added a roof vent. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Erik and team at Tampa Roof Repair. I had a leak underneath a section of my tile roof. Erik quickly identified not only the area but found several other issues on my roof that needed to be addressed. The estimate given was considerably less than other roofing companies for actually doing more work than what they quoted. Erik was very detailed oriented, took the time to show me videos and pictures, while explaining everything. They came out and did an excellent job!! I highly recommend you reach out to them if you have any sort of roof repair. Erik was great to work with. He did an estimate within a day and they started my roof immediately after I got my HOA to approve it. Pricing was very fair and the work was quality work. The price didn’t change from the estimate to the final payment and Erik didn’t try to upsell anything. Cynthia was also great to work with and quick to respond. After my roof was done the crew cleaned up and you couldn’t even tell they had been there. Erik came out after and personally inspected the work and reinstalled my solar pool heaters on the roof. I’d highly recommend Tampa Roof Repair Iliad you need a full replacement or a small repair.

Erik was absolutely awesome. He was able to come out next day to help me find my leak. He provided a ton of insight and spent SO much time with me checking out every single square inch of my roof and leak. He was so detailed and knowledgeable about every aspect of roofing. I had a great experience with Mighty Dog Roofing. Matt went above and beyond, giving me a very fair price and all the details on how replacing the roof would go. The roofers completed the job in 1 full day of work and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. A wind mitigation report was promptly scheduled and completed. When I submitted the results my homeowner's insurance decreased from $4,000 annually to $1,500. My previous roof was 20 years old and when I look back at it, I wish I had replaced it sooner for the savings. Overall, highly satisfied with my new roof. It looks great, has new ventilation, and I still cannot get over how much insurance savings I gained. Thanks again to Matt and the whole team at Mighty Dog.
I contacted Mighty Dog come out to look at some potential roof repair needs that came out of a 4 point inspection. John came to the house on-time and really listened to the issues I was having. He was quick to inspect the roof and super honest about how to move forward. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about what to look for and was able to explain my options clearly and effectively so that we could get the repairs going.I will definitely use John and Mighty Dog for my roofing needs moving forward.
Had I done this review right after getting our new roof, it probably would have been 5 stars. At the beginning, everything was great. Great communication, and very helpful, even with the rain delay. They even helped get us through the PACE program in order to finance our roof. But things took a turn a couple months after the roof was finished. In December when we started to get a lot of rain, the roof was leaking. I reached out and they sent someone out the next day. Roof still leaking a few days after the repairs. They then sent someone else out who had zero communication with the workers before them apparently because there was talks of the flashing needing to be redone but instead they tried to band-aid fix something else. Roof still leaking after that. AND it has caused damage to the inside of my home now. At this point, my original point of contact completely blew me off and stopped responding to me. So I had to call around to figure out who else could help me. They then sent out a so called specialist who told me it was my chimney that was the problem. I found it highly coincidental that my chimney never had an issue BEFORE the roof was done. So I had to find my own chimney specialist to come do an inspection. Now of course the chimney company was going to find $2000 work of work that needed to be done, my chimney is old. So to be safe, I got a second opinion. My homeowners insurance sent out a LEAK specialist. Turns out, its the flashing! I have been gaslit and blown off by Mighty Dog for months now. My roof ended up costing over $17,000 and they were complaining about spending money and resources to come out and slap a band aid on the issue instead of just fixing the flashing. Now, IF this gets handled correctly moving forward, maybe I can update this review, but if I continue to be blown off, I will be taking more serious action.
