The experience during the installation and its coordination with Erie Homes was just great, as Matt said during the deal's closing. The sales process was intuitive, allowing us to select the best combination of the type of roof, timing, and finance with guidance from Matt. Later, during the scheduling, the calls and follow-ups were professional and timely. More importantly, the installation crew was clean, efficient, respectful, and well-organized. The follow-up to set up the account with the bank has been straightforward and timely. Erie Homes needs to be on your shortlist of vendors to consider when the time comes to redo your roof.
We were interested in a roof, but then realized they did windows too. The salesman was nice and we struck a deal so we could get our 1972 era windows replaced before the really cold weather set in. The installers were very courteous, did not make a mess, and replaced them quickly one by one so we were not open to the elements. I really like the screens and the innovative way they stay in place. In the first week, our furnace ran 30% less than the week before (with comparable temps). It's so much quieter too. Seem to be easy to open and they lock automatically. They are so clear that my daughter thought the window was open. We really appreciate that they are a little thinner on the side than some other replacement windows. We would certainly recommend them!
The two sales agents were knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job answering my many questions. I really liked seeing the actual construction materials which would be installed on my roof. One thing they did, which none of the other roofer estimate workers did, was inspect the roof from the attic. This really gave me a good idea of what I was dealing with in regards to the state of the original 25 year old three tab asphalt shingle roof. After a long unpleasant drawn-out process of back and forth emails and texts, and once the contract was signed, I called to schedule the install. Materials were delivered the day before and the crew showed up at about 7am the next day and got right to work. They all were friendly and worked almost non-stop until the roof was installed, which took one day. The supervisor readily answered my questions and was friendly. Could the clean-up have been better, yes. But in the end, the roof looks great and the architectural shingles make my brick home look like new again. I do believe that I got a high quality roof which should last the 30 years for which it is guaranteed.
I could not be happier! From the initial home visit and sign up to the post construction follow up and review. Communication throughout was timely, available and effective. Supplies were delivered in a timely fashion with nothing missing. The construction crew was outstanding! Very thorough, well organized and efficient. They obviously were well trained and experienced. The site was thoroughly cleaned when the job was finished as well!
The representative that came out was very informative and helpful which helped us make an informed decision. He answered many of our questions and was very professional and personable as well. He spent considerable time showing us and educating us on the quality of the materials this company uses and that had a big impact on our decision to choose this company. He took the time to explain step by step the repairs that we needed and how our roof would go through a total rebuild. The next step was the installation manager coming out, and he did his inspection of the roof to be sure enough material would be on site for the work that would be done. The installation team was prompt, professional, and thorough. I was amazed and impressed at how they stuck to the task. Our house needed a LOT of work, a total roof deck replacement!! They installed venting, the Atlantic blue shingles, and cleaned up after themselves which is always appreciated. If you want quality, you want Erie Home. Our house is now a (dry) home, and we love the warranty that's included, up to 30 years!
During the beginning of Covid, I reached out to Holt Roofing for a small roofing repair. Not only did they promptly come out as promised for the estimate and repair, they did a great job at a very fair price! In December, 2023 I decided that 2024 would be an ideal time for a new roof, so without hesitation , Holt Roofing was my one and only call! Their Office Manager, Rachael , scheduled an Estimate with Tyler to get the process started. Tyler was great, he offered some great insight on what products would be ideal for our new roof and downspouts. As I can be very particular, I never felt put-off by the numerous questions and requests that I had for Rachael and Tyler, their customer service is amazing! Fast forward to 2-26-24, with break in the weather, Jay and his entire crew had my roof torn-off, and the new roof completely installed by the end of the day! They took amazing care of protecting our home and landscaping. From a very picky home owner, Holt Roofing does a a great job from start to finish, make them your first call for any roofing job! Our condo association worked directly with Tyler Holt for roofing that we had done last year. He came out and gave us an estimate of cost along with an idea of timing for the installation. He was right on with his estimate. What I liked about working with Tyler was he gives you the details so you know what to expect, it so nice to work with such a honest and helpful person. We also had a courtyard that needed new eaves and downspouts. He gave us the estimate and the timing that would be involved in ordering and installing. Once again everything went well with the job. I have also worked with the office personnel and there are three great ladies in the office – I get awesome service from them. If I needed an answer on something from Tyler – they get it for me. Overall, Holt Roofing is a well-run operation from my experiences with the company. Keep up the great work!!
We met with several roofing companies and Holt had by far the best prices. They offered us 3 different options from which to choose. Zack was really helpful and the crew was done in 2 or 3 days. After they were done they cleaned up immaculately. Zack came out to review our warranty and make sure we were satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend them for all of your roofing needs.
Very responsive and professional company. They were the only one to make and keep the appointment. We were impressed with Mykel and found him to be knowledgeable and easy to work with. On time, prepared, and respectful of our time. Treating others like you want to be treated is part of the business motto and it is something we stress to our children and grandchildren. Glad we gave Integrity a call! Will update if anything changes after installation! So far so good! That was before installation. It was a five star.After installation and a return visit from Matt and Sam and the crew things are all good. The crew worked through a very windy day and completed the job in one day; even though it required a return visit to fix a few things a week later. The job looks great and our home is quieter now. We should have done this sooner. Very happy customers!
Have new roof, siding and gutters. Everyone was professional and polite. Highly recommend! We live in an area that suffered storm damage, we've heard lots of horror stories about other companies from homeowners in our neighborhood. Luckily, we contracted with Integrity and had zero issues.
Cameron was incredible to work with! He was honest, upfront and genuinely cared about what we had to say. You can tell he is passionate about Integrity’s mission and values!I had arrived home from the grocery store and was bringing groceries in before our appointment began and he offered to help! Then, greeted our dogs as if they were his own, was incredibly kind and patient to our inquisitive preschooler and was sensitive to us caring for our newborn as needed!When it was time to decide, he was not pushy, gave us space and made sure we had his contact if we had questions or needed anything!
The initial meeting with Joshua was professional and informative. The details he provided helped us greatly. On time and direct. Didn't mind our questions. Korey, who oversaw the roofing project, had a team of professional people who completed the overall roof replacement and did an excellent job. I like they were straight business right down to the clean up. Korey kept me and my wife informed which alleviated any concerns. It's nice to have a local person to reach out to.
Integrity replaced some 1960s wood windows for us. They took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure the new windows would be just the way we wanted them. The installation team did such a great job. They were like a well-oiled machine and I can’t believe how quickly they got everything done. At the same time, they got all the details right. The windows look great inside and out. They found a small problem with one window sash that I might not have noticed, and ordered a replacement the same day. Pricing was upfront and there were no surprises. Very easy to work with, highly recommend.
