My husband and I just got our new roof this past Monday and it has already been a blessing. When we bought our house we knew the roof was going to need to be replaced, we had a couple gentlemen come do an inspection and also walked us through everything. We are first time home buyers so they were very patient and answered any questions we had.Turned out our roof needed proper venting and also needed a few other things that were just due to wear and tear. (It ended up being in worse shape than we were originally told when we bought the house)We expected the install to be delayed because of the storms but they still came and did it.The crew got to our house early Monday morning and were done by like 5pm. Everything was cleaned up so well and I am very appreciative of that.Fast forward a couple days and our AC goes out. And I 100% believe that my house has not been miserable while we try to get it fixed because the attic is not holding as much heat as it did with the old roof.So I would definitely recommend Erie to anyone I know needing to get a new roof. And if we ever move I will be calling them for future jobs!
Unfortunately I couldn't go with Erie Home for my new roof at this time. However I found their staff to be very helpful, prompt, and kind with trying to work with me. Tanner was very helpful and thorough in his inspection. I also really appreciate the efforts of Kade for trying to work with me. Hopefully the next time I need a roof I can go with Erie Home as my first and only choice.
The customer service was wonderful, the gentleman came to my house sat down with me and showed and explained everything how everything worked and how they would proceed on putting my new roof and gutters on my home. The warranty is way better than I could imagine. After seeing the before and after pictures of my roof I couldn't believe how different it looked. They came and worked one while day. I am a very happy customer thank you so much for making my home better.
Erie replaced all the windows in our house and did an outstanding job. The men were very courteous and thorough, the whole process went very smoothly and they were very conscientious. They left everything as they found it except for the new windows which more than met my expectations! So very pleased with everything!
The metal roof is beautiful and high quality. I feel confident it will protect my old home for years and I'm happy the design of the metal doesn't draw away from the character of my home. Communication was quick and could be through text or call. Highly recommend.

I am a small business owner and I was frustrated with the lack of results from our original roof installer. We had multiple leaks with our TPO roof and after multiple failures with repairs, I decided to call someone else. Roof Nerds came out and fixed it---for good! Our HVAC contractors were very impressed with the product and the application and I was impressed by the speed of the service and the fair and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended for roof repair!

We had only minor roof damage from a recent storm. Keith came out and did a full roof check and let us know up front that it appeared to be minimal damage.
